Welcome to my blog, I’m Arnaud, a Senior Technical Product Manager at AWS. Before AWS, I was a Senior Product Director for Criteo where I was leading one of the Machine Learning engine of the company. And before that, I was the co-founder and CTO/CPO of Allmyapps the first application store for Windows.
I became an engineer because I firmly believe that technology can transform lives and have a positive social and environmental impact on the world. If you too have the same beliefs I’d be happy to help.
In my 20 years doing that job in different contexts, industries, company sizes, and countries, I came to realize how hard it is to actually build great products for your customers. I’m here to share my insights, thoughts, and practical advice on product development. Explore with you how to build products while keeping customers at the center of everything we do. And provide you with my favorite tools, frameworks, and strategies to help you develop your new ideas.

I use real-life examples, give my honest feedback and provide the lessons I learned while working at AWS, Criteo, and as a tech entrepreneur for Allmyapps.
